C3: Mumma, I'm hungry. Can I have some honey?
E37: No, honey isn't a hungry snack.
C3: OK, can I have oatmeal and peas and honey?
E37: Yes, you may.

Ingredients:
.5 cups quick oats
.5 cups skim milk
frozen blueberries
frozen peas
honey

Pour Quick oats into bowl. Cover with skim milk. Put in microwave for one minute. Cook on high. Take out and stir in enough blueberries & peas to cool it down instantly. Add dollop of honey.

Surprisingly tasty.

It'll never get this good again

You can't beat watching your kids share a ride-on toy that is too small for one of them, and much too small for two of them! They are adorable riding on the little car together!

And, each of them were getting their own drinky yogurt this morning, same flavor, same size, same everything.

C3: Can we share one? Q1 likes to share.
Q1: Mmmhmmm!
C3: Sharing is fun.

Watching them drink one yogurt with two straws was cuter than cute!

Monkies

Q1 likes to do everything C3 does, of course. If C3 points, Q1 points. If C3 says she will wear a bib, Q1 will wear a bib.

Walking at the Building Museum the other day, C3 was walking and fell down, got up, and kept going. You'd think falling down wouldn't be something you'd want to imitate. But Q1 then intentionally fell down, got up, and kept going.

But my brain

Tons of funny stuff has happened, but I can't remember any of it. I was getting worried there for a moment, but then I remembered that it was normal for being a parent.

Why they had to get out of the tub after 4 minutes

I should know better, I suppose.

To a 3 year old "Don't touch your sister" actually means "Maul your sister with your fingernails and teeth! Do it, do it NOW!"

Strapless

For the under 4-set, a pair of undies also doubles quite nicely as a bra. Just put both arms into the large hole, then one arm each in a leg hole and it rests quite nicely against the chest.

It provides all the support they need.

Gas prices are so high, maybe that's why

Have your daughters or sons:

Nursed their dolls?
Nursed their stuffed animals?
Nursed a school bus?
Nursed each other?

I'm just wondering if nursing a school bus is normal behavior. I thought so until the school bus wanted the other side, too.
